Building successful work-team relationships is an art, not an accident. Waterhouse Center relies on empirically proven experiential programs to achieve this end goal.
Waterhouse Center’s initial needs assessment tailors training to your organizational needs. This assessment by our facilitators incorporates an orientation for your participants, ensures content validity, maximizes learning time, and minimizes participant confusion and anxiety.
At the Center, we rapidly transition the participants into a unique, challenging, safe environment. We then introduce them to a series of increasingly demanding problems that will stretch them intellectually, physically and emotionally. Our experienced staff assists the group in analyzing their successes and their difficulties at each station, and leads them in discussions that relate their learning to the workplace and life environments.
The development and growth of individual and group skills are dramatically evident as the day progresses. Employees, students, and sports teams return with techniques and attitudes that open new lines of communication, increase personal accountability and responsibility, and transform groups into effective teams. They return refreshed and recharged.
