The Center was founded and is directed by Bernie and Mimi Waterhouse. Both have more than twenty-five years experience in experiential education working with corporate adults, professional and non-professional athletic teams, sales representatives, leadership groups, high school and college students.
A pool of facilitators assists Bernie and Mimi. These facilitators, many with advanced degrees through the doctoral level, have wide-ranging supplementary experiences including industry, education, military, personal coaching and counseling, National Outdoor Leadership School, and Outward Bound. By analyzing your needs, Bernie and Mimi can select the facilitators most able to address your specific organizational goals. |
